The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has launched the Dubai standards of healthcare for diabetes management, in a move to ensure early detection and unified management of diabetic and pre-diabetes cases.

 

All healthcare providers in the emirate - private and public- will now follow the same standards of care for very diabetic or pre-diabetic patient in Dubai, said a statement.

 

Diabetes can be hard to manage, a savings of 25% to 50% on supplies and the convenience of right-to-the-door service can make life easier. Comprehensive support and personalized care plans make it easier to manage diabetes and reduce the number of medical visits.
